Can't get to ac motor blower because of housing. States next to blower cut away for service.

Just changed out my flasher relays and bulbs. Everything works fine, until I turn on my lights. From there my rear running lights don’t work, break lights don’t work, and my turn signals are all sorts of wrong. They alternate flashing. I think it could be a relay or maybe a fuse but I’m not sure. Previous owner had fucked with the electrical trying to put an alarm in the truck so tracking wires is difficult to say the least

Front light don't work light bulbs are good

It pops every time I put one in. I have aftermarket fog lights on but they are completely separate from the factory fuse panel. Has it own relay even. And it’s not done it as long as I’ve had the fog lights.

So I have to unhook the battery everytime I shut off my truck or the low beams (acting as my day running lights) proceed to stay on, right when I hook the battery back up the lights are on as well, I’ve replaced all the fuses I can (including under the radio panel and nothing is working.
