So this is weird. I've not seen this in any vehicles I've worked on. So after replacing main water supply line and thermostat the car is overheating. But with the thermostat out of the car it doesn't over heat. The thermostat is right out of the box. I put it in a pan turned up the heat once it got to the right temp the thermostat opened as it should did that to ensure it was working before putting it in the car. But the car still over heats. And again without the thermostat it does not overheating! I'm confused as why it's doing so.
