Dodge Caravan problems and issues

When the minivan is park and i try to put the reverse won't shift gears but after I try different ways is take the gears and run normal

Tengo una Dodge gran caravana 2017 el carro se le ha cambiado bomba de agua sensores de temperatura termostato ventilador radiador y aún así cuando quiero forsarlo o subir una colina el carro se calienta 221F y si sigo dándole se sube mas si paro y lo dejo reposar el ventilador hace su trabajo el termostato abre y se enfría lentamente pero no es algo normal tiene siempre que tener una temperatura estable así lo force o le de suave

We went on highway and Rough idle now it has a code for a misfire in everycylinder nothing else ive replaced the coil pack wires and spark plugs didnt help

Las direccionales prenden las de enfrente y las de atrás nomas el lado derecho no prende me dijeron que podría ser el arnés pero no se como llegar al arnés o checar por mi cuenta cual es problema o si es algún conector alguien que ya le allá pasado y cual podría ser la causa o como llegó a ese posible problema no se como quitarle los plásticos

Se calienta cuando estoy en subidas y cuando estoy parado

El medidor de temperatura pasa de la mita y cuando esta prendido el aire acondicionado ayuda a mantener la temperatura pero cuando se apaga el aire acondicionado sube la temperatura
