How to change clutch cable

The clutch vibrating at the top of bite. Had the dmf and clutch replaced but no improvement. Could this be any thing sinister or is vw happy with the vibrating clutch

Air-conditioning pump works when using power probe to the trigger wire to engage the clutch the AC or max AC will not turn on the air-conditioning pump. No noises pressure switch is good. AC lines are charged.

I bought this car from another dude, he said the clutch was fully worn out and the pedal was fully to the floor. He changed out the slave cylinder months before parking the car, then sat for about 2 years.

My Jetta 3 CLI 2.0 it revs up and down between 10 and 20 and over revs when changing gears. I have changed, idle valve, distributor, Coil pack, clutch kit, cleaned throttle body, changed oil, but the idling is not stable

My car seems locked in hill assist mode even when I am on level ground the car is in neutral the e-break is off and yet the car will not move. You can not push the car it if feels like the breaks are on. Sometimes when driving I engage the clutch to change gears the car "auto breaks" like someone stepped on the break even when no one did.
