Tail lights are not coming on together with the automatic gear light, window mechanism light and the lights for the fans... but when you press the buttons are working... only the lighting when it's dark. The light to see where is what kind of lights.

Suddenly my gear got stuck in Park, and it only moves when I press the Shift Lock button. As soon as I put it back to Park, it gets stuck again.
At the same time, I noticed that my dashboard lights and tail lights (back lights) are not working. But the reverse light still works.
Has anyone faced this issue before? What could be the possible cause?
