Depending on which wheel, front or rear, if the sound is a "grinding noise" then here are the most likely issues. If front axle, then first check the CV joint starting with the boot. If the boot is torn or leaking grease, then the joint is bad and must be replaced. If front or rear axle, then the brakes MAY BE worn down and need to be replaced. Also if front or rear, the wheel bearings MAY BE bad and would need to be replaced. All of these answers are assuming that all of the suspension parts are in good condition.
I have a 2016 Ford Figo diesel and I have noticed I can't change my phone, I've checked fuse box and I'm not sure which one is for the cigarette lighter
