Radio audio not working, radio light is on speakers are funtioning, however radio not working

When the car is turned off, the radio lights remain on.

Good afternoon, today I changed some spotlights under the command of the air conditioning and when I am going to test if it turns on the lights I stop starting the car and I get an "mode ECO"; turn on the position lights, the long lights (act as flashers), the short ones do not light, the signal lights come on. Another fact when I remove the keys after a few minutes the central locking, the lights, the key lock does not work and when I open the door instead of turning on the ceiling light turns on the radio, try to check the fuses but not They have a break, if someone can help me or maybe guide, I thank you!

Las luces delanteras no apagan , el limpiavidrios delantero queda encendedido, las luces de giro no funcionan, el radio no enciende, el aire acondicionado no funciona, el seguro de las puertas no funciona. Todo esto paso de un momento a otro, todos eseo problemas resultaron a la vez, el vehiculo enciende norrmal y y anda normal pero le resultaron esos problemas de un momento a otro. Si alguien conoce o sabe como coregirlos me seria de gran ayuda, vivo en Medellin, Colombia y no he encontrado a alguien que me ayude en esta situacion.
