I recently encountered a problem when I removed my car battery for other stuff only to find the ABS and power steering lights on the dash and the cluster cannot read my speed I'm driving,any solutions?

Try to remove the battery again and recharge it. Install battery back and by using remote lock and unlock the doors. And then start the car.

Turns out the speed cables got ripped off from both front wheels,I managed to connect them back and it worked.
