Car wouldn't start so I ran cable from positive battery post to fuse box by brake peddle

The low pressure charging port is snap so i buy a new ac low pressure line use a vacuum pump and put new oil but the compressor won't start

Car won't start. Green key flashes on the dashboard. While having the key turned, there is a low kind of electrical hum.
