in case you have a blinking reading on your odometer saying "EAC FAIL" and you are not able to rev over 3000 rpm. (on a diesel engine) remove the relais for the glow plugs which is related behind the left front headlamp. screwed to the ecu box. start the motor, if the warning is gone, the repais is blown which has to be replaced.
Hi John, did you work out what was wrong? It sounds like we’ve got the same problem with our 2007 Fiesta. Have checked bulbs, fuse and switch. Nothing has worked so far.
Same issue here. Mine is a 2012 hatchback SES 5 speed. And I noticed the other day my taillights are also not working. The headlights, turn signals and break lights all work as they should, but the running taillights arnt working.
I had a left front indicator light out. I changed it, it appears to be the outter ring that may need to be replaced. NOT the part the bulb goes to, but the part that actually twists back into the engine. Can't find one, and what is it called? Thank you

On my 2017 Ford Fiesta 5-door, the left rear light turns on when I press the brake, but it stays off when the headlights/position lights are on. The right side works correctly.
Switch lights on engine management light comes on after driving 5-10mins,also it seems to struggle loss of power come off accelerateor stamp it back on for more power if my lights aren't switched on I have no issues
I have changed the 15 amp fuse in the fuse box for the radio but still nothing, there’s power going towards the central locking button and the hazard lights, the radio screen shows the time and date but there’s no power going towards the on button and the surrounding buttons.
Had a problem with the speedometer lately which thankfully I could fix, but whenever it's dark my headlights, taillights, stereo / heater, etc. all light up. Everything except for the Speedo, rev counter, fuel and temp guages, and the center screen.
My guess was faulty wiring but I looked at it and determined the wiring was all still fine.
Right now I'm guessing it's bad contact but a new dash would cost me way too much, seeing as I'm driving a 20 year old shitbox and would have to go to a Ford garage, pray they have a whole new dash, register the new dash, etc.
Any way to fix a bad contact that isn't just hitting it til it works for a day or contact spray?
When I put my side lights on, my near side front side light and near side rear tail light do not work
When I put dipped headlights on they are work fine
I have a problem with low beam and right-hand taillight. And when I reverse, the lights don't come on. I don't have any scheme from the panel. Can anyone help me?
