Anti-theft Immobilizer: Security system that prevents the car from starting if the ignition key is not the correct one.

The anti-theft or immobilizing system is automatic and it begins working as soon as the key is inserted. If the key is not the right one, this system activates different blockages in the car to prevent it from starting. It blocks the injection system and that disables the entire ignition system of the car.
Pop hood, lock car, unplug negative terminal for 13 seconds. Unlock car and wait 5 seconds before opening. Put key in ignition and turn, wait 5 seconds before cycling engine. If it doesn't work, repeat till it does. Pats system is having a failure and immobilizing the vehicle. I'm taking my vehicle in to have to issue dialed in. Car immobilizes even when driving w/ this issue. Very unsafe
My 07 escape XLT won't crank won't start, the gauges don't work on dash the radio don't work and my obd2 port won't work either. I bypass/jump the starter relay under the hood and it cranks and it counts like it's cranking real fast like no timing chain is there but won't start
Would this fix my issue I’ve had to like punch my key in and now it won’t start like even a lil pep of trying to turn over just replaced the ignition switch and that didn’t fix it
