My ABS and traction control lights come on the the truck goes into limp mode. But it does not give a check engine light. I have replaced the accelerator pedal sensor once before. I believe it could be the wheel speed sensor

I have a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado and I can start it but it doesn't rev up nor does it have any throttle when I push the gas pedal. On my dash underneath my speedometer it says reduced engine power. I cant figure out whats wrong with it. It started this after taking off from a stop sign. Also my brake lights and tail lights dont work anymore they stopped working before the throttle thing happened. Also when i go to take off from a stop my truck jerks really hard its done that since i bought the truck. Theres 3 problems i dont have the solution for so Can someone please help me. I dont exactly remember how many miles are on it.

Push the gas pedal, and doesn't speed up fast enough to match the other vehicles.

As soon a/c is turned on the engine will start running up to 2500 rpm without stepping on gas pedal.
