Code 27 on dash

Chevrolet Sonic 2015 Hatchback lt 150000 miles

Passenger side right blinker doesn't work, rear passenger blinker goes 2x speed. The dash also displays error code 27 when I use the right blinker. I replaced the bulb and it is still doing it. I see no wire damage and checked connections. Is there a fuse that is linked to that possibily?
