Chevrolet Sonic 2016 Hatchback 91650 miles
Engine surging, not revving, while stopped like rocking a clutch. Door locks pop up & down & lock when you kill ignition with the door still closed.

Check your pcv.. also could be suffocating the engine. the pcv is in the valve cover
