Loss of power stalls

Toyota Tacoma 1997 2.4 regular cab  244000 miles
When I start the truck it’s fine until check engine light come on and if I give it gas it stalls but if I burly give it gas it’s fine and I change fuel pump, filter, injectors,throttle body, más air flow sensor, tps , and I don’t know what to do I think it’s my speed sensor that come out my dash but I don’t know

Did you ever solve this issue? Sounds like a bad coolant temperature sensor. Sends bad data back to the ecu which will make the rest of the engine over compensate for air, fuel, either to much or not enough.
