Engine shaking

It isn't my everyday driver, however I jumped in it one day drove it around and all of a sudden it started loosing power and when I stopped the truck at idle the whole engine is shaking.

Performance
Toyota Pickup 2008 manual 2.5
The car performance on a hill is bad, it appears to be ok when on a plain field or decending. All the same, even on that side, it cannot give me more than 100 KM when accelerating.
