Outside read view mirror not working

From last few days I am facing issue where my outside wing mirrors are not automatically opening and closing while locking and unlocking the car. It used to work like a breeze for the last few years during my ownership. It started when the battery was down, I have now gone ahead and replaced the battery. Still it hasn't been working.
Any input would be much appreciated.

Надо принудительно открывать-закрывать зеркало и держать каждом положении по 5секунд,левый правый отдельн,тогда заработает

Drivers seat up/down not working. Already check the fuses and reset the battery. Still not working. Maybe mechanism/electrical under the seat...clicking sound when pushing down & up the switch.
