compresor and blower turning on and off automatically

Ac cooling is very bad , I change condenser, and fan but problem same results

My Scorpio 2012 mhawk lxi ac blower is not working

Scorpio turbo 2.6 slx car is overheating if AC kept ON for 30 minutes. 1. Water pump is working
2. Radiator is change
3. Fan belt change

Please let me know how to solve the issue

Own a Mahindra Scorpio-N and recently observed a heavier AC blower/fan noise, especially during daytime heat and high AC load conditions.
The vehicle was serviced at VVC Motors Hyderabad recently, and the workshop informed me that this behavior is normal for the SUV under high temperature conditions. However, since I did not notice this prominently during the past 2 years of ownership, I would like a technical confirmation from Mahindra regarding whether this is expected behavior or if any additional inspection is recommended.
