Stalls while driving

Ford F-150 1994  149200 miles
My vehicle jerks and stalls while driving, usually when I speed it up. I've already chan the gas filter, the catalytic converter, the gas regulator, spark plugs, wiring and coils. Even though the jerking problem is not as worse as it used to be, the car still stalls. Can anyone help me please?

You might be having some fuel pump's failure, most probably it is running out of gas

It sounds like the issue I had with my 2008 5.4l engine. I replaced spark plugs and coils. Finally it ended up being the VCT solenoid. I got my power back and it runs great.

My 2010 did that when my alternator went out.

Won't start

Ford F-150 1998  189000 miles
Before it was parked it was spitting silver looking pieces out of the tail pipe. Catalytic converters are cut off and straight piped. Now it won't start, has been sitting. New battery, plugs, wires, coils. Idk.
