Put knew ac system and the ac clutch still does not kick on and the fuses are good and the relays what could it be

Pit in a new ac compressor and still wont kick in
Anyone got any ideas? Freon is at correct pressure. Tried jumping the relay and nothing.

Low pressure switch probably doing its job. Check for refrigerant leaks

Replaced the compressor but can't get it to engage to add Freon

It wont engage until you have added enough Freon to trip the low pressure switch. Turn ac fan on high cool and slowly add. It won’t take too long the ac light will come on if there are no major leaks

I have a 1997 f150. My Ac compressor locked up on it so I threw it on the dolly and pulled it home(not thinking) I changed out the compressor and on my test drive noticed my speedometer was not working. Could I have messed up my VHS by pulling it home?

No start no crank

Dome Lights work,dash lights not coming on, security theft light was blinking at first. several times then goes off. The battery is charged and producing he correct voltage. Radiator fluid gushed out bottom after the drive belt broke. Took all the fuses out to check to see if they were good all seemed to be in working order. Lost key fob. But have original key. Go to turn the key over and I get nothing. 2 year old starter, as well as the solenoids. New AC compressor hoses . Alternator hasn't been replaced nor checked. Need to get running can someone help me troubleshoot my 99 Ford F-150 manual?
