Over heating when driving. Changed the thermostat and water pump. No issues with head gasket or radiator. What could it be?

Could be the fan. My 2013 has the multi speed fan with the resistor on the housing might be that or the hole fan unit

Chrysler Town and Country 1999 Lxi 111321 miles
Changed the water pump and drove 2 miles and died while driving. Now won't start but still have power.
