Was having to jump truck off. Then got where it wouldn't start that way. Put new starter still won't start. Getting no fire

After charging or jump starting the truck it will run. But after sitting the battery drains out again. The Stanley battery box shows the alternator is good. I tapped the starter,checked ground to the starter and block. I also checked fuses and the starter fuse does click and traded it out but still no start.

It won't start. It turns over and acts like it's going to start but don't. I thought it was a problem with the security system but I've done all the bypass tricks that normally work but it won't work. I've changed all the spark plugs and fuses and the battery. Also changed the fuel pump. I've checked all fluids plus the fuel pump and starter and both kick on just fine. The security light stays on flashing and the battery dies extremely fast. Anyone know what the issue could be and what I can do to fix it? My truck is the newer body.

I have a 2004 chevy silverado1500 5.3 will not turn over. When I turn key on it. Has power to every thing good fuel pressure,battery full charger good power connection everywhere but will not turn over I've jumped a wire from the starter solenoid to the hot post on the battery and it will turn over but still won't crank but when it warms back up above 30° it will start just fine i can't figure it out I drive it every day back and forth to work it really frustrating because it make me later for work during the winter

Battery is good, starter and alternator are good, but still wont start. Diagnostic codes P069E and P0463 are present

No power to the 40 amp fuse under the hood. And no power to the 20 amp fuse. For the starter. No start no crank

It started with the power steering leaking fluid and not turning so easy and it overheating and not holding water or coolant, fixed the power steering by adding a stop leak to it and it has been holding fluid since. But it has been 1 thing after another going wrong with the 02 silverado. Such as altenator (got that fixed), thermastat and thermastat houseing (changed out those parts) and replaced the radiator hose and overflow resevoir cap to see if that helped it quit over heating. It did temporarly and now it makes a horrible noise when I start it as if something was ran over by a lawn mower… Read complete

One plug wire was removed and a few fuses truck stsrted ran rough
Also the sterring colum was busted and having to use starter box to start. Nowvit cranks but wont start

Changed ignition key and switch because of a short. Got new switch and key to turn everything on but on engine start. Starter has 12.8 volts but i can't it to turn the engine over. I can jump the starter and get the engine to crank but no start.

I have a 2008 silverado some fuses in the fuse box is not getting power like the fuel pump and starter not kicking in and the injectors is not turning on please help

I had ch engine light and airbag light on for years. They and the tach went off while running, con't to run but now won't start by key/ it will start when i jump starter. Turn signals also went out?

I went to crank my 2009 Chevy Silverado up but it wouldn’t crank it was running perfect yesterday but for some reason it’s making a clicking noise from my dashboard but I have a charged battery new starter and I’ve checked all ignition and engine fuses but still no crank. Can someone help?

Blow fuse 12 under hood PCM was getting hot. Changed fuse box changed PCM. Got parts truck runs and drives same year. No crank can turn over if jump starter all fuse inside and out good. ? No power to wire at starter solenoid at key up

So we turned truck off to go in a store came back out turned key over and nothing happened. No click like the starter was even trying to do anything. Everything inside truck worked except the heater or air would not come. On...which was really and you can here fuel pump kick on when. Key turned on weird. Battery fully charged we have never a ever had one problem with this truck. We have che ked fuses. Relays u name unless we are missing something only vehicle we have please help.

Understood fuse box cover is missing so unknown correct placement of relays and correct fuses. Someone was guessing and able to start truck by swapping relay positions. Worked a couple times then had to swap them back again, which worked then quit, now they jump it sometimes. I got the truck used and just want it to be done correctly, can I get a diagram please of correct positions and maybe wiring of starter system? Especially ground wires. My guess is the jiggling of relays was what actually was helping like a short maybe or corrosiin. Appreciate any feedback, I obviously can't afford a mechanic and have limited skills.

Anybody has a problem turning their truck on sometimes I already changed my starter on my Silverado and it turned out good for the first days but now it's almost to the point where it was before sometimes it turns on sometimes it doesn't. Relays supposedly are good and all fuses

When trying to crank engine motor does nothing. No power to coils, fuel pump or starter. Can get the motor to spin by jumping starter relay pins #30 and #87. Accessories work.

2007 Chevy Silverado will not turn over. Has a new battery, took the starter out and had it checked. Starter shows good. Vehicle has no alarm system or remote control system. No sure what the problem is or what else I could check

Has brand new starter alternator and distributor cap And a brand new battery. I did notice the crank fuse is gonna be and there is no pin for it in the fuse panel either.
