Volkswagen Jetta 2012 Jetta 2.5 se 234000 miles
The odometer and and RPM gauge lights do not work. The console lights do not work. The tail lights and headlights do not work. The license plate lights do not work. My highbeams do not work. All of this happened at one time I was assuming it was a fuse, but I checked them all and none of them are blown. Please help me. What should I do?

"I have a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta diesel with an inconsistent cooling fan. Sometimes the fan turns on a few minutes after I start driving, and the tachometer consistently stays between 800 and 1000 RPM while the car is parked. Other times, the fan doesn’t start at all. Additionally, the check engine light is on."
