Replaced all relevant fuses including starter relay. Makes short quiet noise like windshield wiper, then nothing

Crankshaft over but won't start
Toyota Matrix 2007 Matrix hatchback 159000 miles
It has new battery and crankshaft position Sensor and it started after putting in the sensor but stalled out at 40mph quarter mile from home I had it towed and all it does is crank over but not start
