All function work on my infotainment screen. There's just not any sound. I've checked both fuses, both are fine not burnt or cracked. I've done the hold and reset to no avail, any advice would be super helpful. Disconnecting battery would be the absolute last ditch effort to remedy the situation.
Under setting on your Subaru car screen. Go to settings and then go to entertainment volume. If it’s at “0” turn it up to a level appropriate for you. I set mine to 14 and it seems to work!
When i put my car in gear. It makes a sound. Before the car starts moving it makes a sound that sound like a big heavy metal old door opening. ( best way to describe it. Can anyone tlle me what that is
After tapping into passenger rear door speaker to supply audio to new subwoofer, no audio comes from any speakers and none of the volume controls will work. Both the knob on the stereo and the volume on the steering wheel no longer control the volume on the head unit. No audio is going to any speakers not even the usual beeps.
It would seem that "professional" is the wrong adjective to describe your installation. The factory amplifier in 2024 models provides separate output specifically for a subwoofer. Please take your car to an actual professional.
No. Apparently you have to have converters due to the smart current monitor going to the speakers. Even if you tie into the factory amp. The shop estimated around $1200
Hands free calling no sound on either side making calls works but no sound. Dash speakers have no sound front doors no sound. SOS and starlink blue button does not work. Rear door speakers work. Radio unit touch screen replaced , nothing changed. Not sure if dealership checked dmc or fuses. Or sis or starlink. Will take to another Subaru dealership.
I the dealership and one other , missed a missing fuse. That’s all it was. But still confused because it worked when ai first got the car. I thought it was my phone at first. Then I installed new speakers and learned they have no sound. I want to know who took the fuse off. Thanks to all that help.
