Hyundai replaced it before the 100000 warranty ran out and it is not working again. What can I do.

The wipers don’t move at all how do I change it’s motor

For the past few years I’ve had an issue where when I start my car the wipers, heat/air, sunroof, heated seats, and heated steering wheel won’t work. It happens randomly and not every day. At times when driving my headlights will turn off. I’ve had my car in to have it checked out. About an yr ago when I took it in they found the entire floor assembly harness was damaged by a rodent. Thought that would fix the problem, it has not. They suggest when it happens again to have it towed in, blah, blah, blah. That is not an option because this has happened when I have been out of town. Has anyone else experienced these issues? All feedback appreciated.
