I've changed spark plugs and wires and replaced the linkage rods on the intake manifold originally it said I had a misfire on the number 5 cylinder?

When I have the Van in gear it won't run smooth and stalls just changed spark plugs and wires and put the manifold rods back on still having idle problem?
