Still have not been able to solve the issue with no brake lights third brake light not working signal rear signal light not working in flasher lights not working also backup light is not working all at once

My emergency flashers work, but my blinkers don't. Then when I turn on my high beams I lose my lights when I go back to low beams they come back on.
