Has never worked since I bought it. Checking into fuses dealing with headlight issues, I now know where the fuse is located for wiper motor

Ford E-150 2004 5.4 Cargo 250 miles
Went over to my buddies looking for windshield for van in town over. Old van no longer around, but when I went to start van in morning... NOTHING. House burned down. Am homeless/living in van. Third time I'm sabotaged. First: screw installed in bottom of gas tank. Second: when I Found that, they then decided to put diesel in tank. Pulled tank. Pushed good fuel through rail. Cleaned filter, and sensors with iso alcohol (all I could afford) and started running a "nascar gas tank" near my front seat (outta a tide bottle at first. Bro... im telling you this 1987 ford econoline xl 5.0 v8 302 has become the nightmare of my childhood leaching and sucking every inch of my soul and pocket like a hotel lot lizard in louisiana on hot sunday night in july at the truck stop sweating bro humidity is boiling at 150 degrees shit got me heated!
