Sluggish when slowing down and reapplying the throttle

Driving and coming to a complete stop the vehicle accelerates normal. But if I slow down and not come to a complete stop and apply the throttle it is very sluggish and doesn’t want to accelerate.

Changed the throttle body and added ground after engine power loss. Dash lights are not working.

Crank no start with no power on fuse 54

. The truck will crack not start. Fuse 54 will have mo power. Fuel pump is w I rk8ng and throttle position is working
