Won't do nothing no power to starter solenoid click repace PCM and passlock still nothing

Good morning have a 2010 Chevrolet Silverado Crew Cab 1500LT 4.8L 2wd. Truck has 6 inch lift, . Ok truck started driving sluggish. Well 2 years ago had truck diagnosed with misfire on cylinder 7 low compression, , truck transmission started slipping , then I would drive normal speed and then came to a stop light and truck barely moved. Blow fuse 12 under hood PCM was getting hot. Changed fuse box changed PCM. Got parts truck runs and drives same year. No crank can turn over if jump starter all fuse inside and out good. ? No power to wire at starter solenoid at key up

I have code for evap solenoid permanent fail and a second code for same thing pending. Replaced sensor at TB and at charcoal can,twice. Sensor at TB rapidly opens and closes . Can't check resistance. Could this be the PCM?

Truck turns on like normal with push button. When turning off only the inside turns off leaving the engine running. The engine stays running & leaving a check engine light on. I have to disconnect the powertrain & the negative terminal to shut the engine off. I ran a diagnostic & notice that my ECM does not get the signal to “deactivate” only my BCM gets the signal to “deactivate”. I pulled the Engine Control Ignition (26 Fuse 15amps) figure out that kills the engine & removes the check engine light on my cluster. I had also removed the other two ECU under hood fuse box, but that didn’t remove the check engine light only killed the engine. I replaced the ignition pick up coil the ECU distributer cap rotor ignition coil
And still no start :( I am not getting spark to the spark plugs please help
