If white smoke comes out of the hood you overfill your oil,if its from the exhaust its probably head gasket seal,there are products(fluids)that could fix that without replacing it,try that first and if it doesnt work you should change your seal

Puo essere che si è rotto il pezzo che si chiama lo SCAMBIATORE è attaccato al filtro del olio. Guarda se ci sono delle perdite sulla protezione del motore sotto. In quel pezzo passa sia olio che il liquido del radiatore. Se non è quello, allora a sto punto è la turbina.

Get the PCV (positive crankcase ventilation) checked, cleaned, or replaced. It is probably gunked up and stuck open! That’ll burn off your oil fast and cause other problems the more the engine heats up. This issue also causes white smoke.
