Code P2195 problem
Toyota Prius 2009 4 door 178896 miles
Upper and lower o2 sensors and Master Airflow sensor changed yet I am still getting a reading of bank 1 sensor 1 problem. Engine light and master light etc all come on and car will die. Doesn't appear to get gas. Stop car. Wait 5 and restart.

I have an '05. Both O2's test good. Replaced intake and exhaust gaskets. I have replaced the Cat. I am beginning to think that the down pipe to the cat is at the wrong angle. The exhaust flange isn't sitting square. AI thinks there is outside air getting into the front O2 from this gap. I will be putting the old CAT in soon to test. I will update after.
