The brake lights does not work

When start engine steering light got on and steering got hard

Engine starts but the engine light comes on and stays on. Have removed -ve terminal but does not reset itself

Code says terminal 15 fuse 1. Location of terminal 15 is unknown.

Reads 11volts without terminals 3.4volts once terminals are attached and was terminals are removed reads 11volts
