EGR failure

Volkswagen Amarok 2012  135000 miles
After servicing the cylinder head gasket, the EGR started failing and I was told it was due to its manipulation that it blocked. At the beginning, by simply turning the engine off and starting it again, the error disappeared. But after a while, the indicator did not turn off at all. So, as the EGR is rather expensive, I decided to disassemble mine and clean it. Both its electronic and mechanical parts were checked and, after connecting it again, the indicator turned on once more. It must be that the computer keeps it blocked for its own safety. Does anyone know how to remove the error codes? I've already tried disconnecting the battery for an hour.

With a scanner, you reset the error corresponding to the spark plugs preheating. It can as well be the temperature sensor that is next to the air filter.
