May be the front strut! the bushing at the top plate where it mounts ware out - and can "clunk" as the strut is doing its thing - pushing UP on the mounting plate. If around the 100,000-mile range or even a bit lower they need replacement for a better ride. Did mine at the 100,000 miles ! no noise but much better in turns / ride. Rear should be changed at the same time. ! :) have a shop check this out ! :)
This is a great idea, as I didn't see any play in any linkages or joints (brief physical inspection while on stands), but i didnt check the shock mounts up top and I know Im due for them! Many thanks🤙🏽
@Yota HealerNot cheap to replace them but needed sometimes. :) rear shocks are a 5 min job per side... ! when you lowered the Assy - if they were about wore out - a little extra stretch may have done them in ? :(
