Power steering wheel stuck
Toyota Hiace 1996 4WD Super custom deisel 77000 miles
My steering wheel on my 1996 Toyota Hiace is not moving. Like the power is trying to work (makes a noise) but it’s stuck. It’s stuck in the full up position and the manual side lever is broken and useless.
