Knocking in the front wheels

So when I get to 60 kilometres per hour whilst driving my Suzuki there is a sound that starts and it sounds like a whirring/whiney kind of sound; I'm wondering is this a wheel bearing problem?

There is a sound coming from the front wheel while I am driving

这台野马提速表现比别人的慢，零百成绩一直是七到八秒，具体的症状表现是转速提升的略慢，踩油门转速上升的慢（大概是到了3K转后 会提升的慢），小幅度的踩油门车子反应很灵敏，但是急加速时迟滞明显且提速慢。目前已经更换机油 变速箱油 后差速器油 火花塞 高压油泵 两个凸轮轴电磁阀，进气增压管路不漏气，涡轮压力也能正常到达1.3bar，问题依旧存在。新手请问这车是什么问题。
