Something is draining my battery after it sets for a few hours

Have you made your way to the trunk where the battery control module rests just on the backside of the trunk where the lid shuts it’ll have a large cable running to it and then a smaller band of I’d say six or so wires a lot of times these modules get wet, extremely wet and they start to short out they can arc and sometimes this can cause the vehicles battery to drain
