Wont charge

Toyota Celica 2001 1.8 vvtli 120000 miles
Hi guys im about to end it i really am 🤷🙆🤬 my car was driving fine, then all of a sudden it cut out after pulling away from a car park, while was driving, so i got some1 to come down and jump start it, it started and got it home in about 5 mins, i then turned car off and turned bk on and it wouldnt start, so firstly i bought new battery, would start on that battery but battery wouldnt charge, so i bought at new alternator, and it worked for a few for while but then happened again, so now it wont charge still checked fuses cant see anything wrong with them, battery light is showing , and then sometimes it would go off if car was running, belt doesnt seem loose, i have got a new belt for it but dont know if theres a point as when i put my multi tool on the battery it reads 11.2 b4 i turn it on, and when i turn it on it reads the same pretty much, obviously over time running the batt runs down until it is flat, any suggestions?

You need an alternator, your voltage regulator smoked out
