Steering column vibration

Toyota Camry 2009  130000 miles
I own a Toyota Camry 2009 and, as I drive on an unever floor, a kind of vibration or kicking is felt on the steering wheel, without it moving sideways. Not the steering wheel nor the steering itself are failing though. Many components have been replaced, including rubber bushings, terminals and stabilizing screws but nothing has changed. The steering rack and shock absorbers have been checked and they are in fine fettle. Does anyone know which car part I could be checking to solve my problem? Thanks beforehand.

The steering problem is a quite frequent one.
