No dashlights and engine doesn't turn over or crank

Toyota Camry 2010 2.5 L-4 185000 miles
Car was running good and out off no where it died. All the lights come on except for the dashlights. There's nothing when you try to crank it. It has new battery. The starter turns engine when you short the small terminal to the battery post on starter.
