Starting failure

Renault Megane 2004  135000 miles
Some days ago, I was driving normally when suddenly, the car stalled. When trying to start it back, the engine could be heard but the car did not start working. When checking it, I noticed that the coil did not have any voltage. However, no failure was indicated. A week ago, the oxygen sensor turned on but, when checking the ECU, the failure did not appear. The electician told me it must be the computer that is failing. Could anyone guide me please?

Check the positive terminal, which has got two wires: one that leads to the ECU and the other one to the starter. Also check in between the terminal, under a plastic lid, if the metal is broken and thus no electrical current is reaching the starter.
