I have a 2017 GT and having the same issues. I had to replace the Intake manifold 8 months ago but had to put in an aftermarket one because the OEM was on back order over 12 months. I had it custom tuned once I was finished with the manifold. Still tons of other issues I need to address and now the fans constantly running just added more to my to-do list. All my temp gauges are reading normal but AC is blowing hot.
Did you ever find out the cause?
