Changed battery, got a spark from negative post.

I replaced my battery and while tightening the negative post, the wrench hit the positive clamp screw and it sparked (brief tap). When I started the vehicle, it won't start. I checked both fues/relay boxes with a multimeter and found no "OL" reading. Could there be something damaged. Everything is working beside it starting. When I use the fob "auto start", the horn would blow.

The battery isn't dead, I changed the battery and it sparked when I accidently touched the positive box with the wrench while tightening the negative cable.
