Loud thrumming sound coincides with speed and braking, no lights or warnings on dash, no codes with reader

Noise continues but did find bad brakes and rotors, replaced. Possibly road noise from recently repaired tire, All Terrain.

CR-V 2008 I notice a hum sound when I accelerate, and the sound is higher as I increase speed. I have changed the silencer and water pump. The sound persists
