Nissan Quest 2004 130000 miles
Van just won’t start. Cranks but won’t start. Fuel pump is good, battery is charged, not the starter. Was told to check the crank shaft sensor. YouTube said the crank sensor was underneath right in the middle of the van. I couldn’t make heads or tails, but I found one underneath the front and it appears to be working. However, I’m not sure if that is actually the crank sensor

Once you've located the sensor, you can check its operation by using a multimeter to test its electrical resistance. If the sensor is not functioning properly, it will need to be replaced.
Codes for the crank sensor. It could be wrong so I’ll try like you suggested.
