Telematics asleep in control remote won’t work
Jaguar XE 2017 XE 35T 95000 miles
Even with a new telematic battery I had installed the remote app and subscription features don’t work. I drive daily and for the last 9 months the app says the telematic battery is asleep. A brand new one got installed today with the same message.
