Timing belt alignment

Hyundai Elantra 2003 2.0 dohc 198000 miles
My car is not in time after replacing timing belt an and pulleys... I need to fix it but cant find anything that tells me how to get it back in time.

When you took off the belt did u make any marks for where the pulley was? The timingbbelt can be adjusted withbthe pulley by turning it to the right to make tighter quicker turns or left to make it slower. The Haynes manual shows illustration

Just replaced timing belt 2.0 elantra set timing wont`t start took belt off turned cam shaft by hand turns hard then easy like it is hitting something
