Smoke came out of car while driving through steep at first gear without shifting

Engine reving high and shuders at low speeds somtimes i have allready changed the butterfly valve on the inlet manifold without any improvement.

When driving and gearing, the acceleration raises to 3000-3500 rpm, without pressing the accelerator or it being stuck. I was told that the IAC valve needs to be cleaned but I do not know where to fin…
